
Lisa Elin Neubaumer attended Oregon State University and Aoyama Gakuin Daigaku (Tokyo, Japan), receiving a B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Science, and concentrations in International Business, Finance and Banking. After working in Los Angeles as a trader, she moved to Washington D.C., and obtained her law degree from The American University.
After doing general litigation for several years, in Maryland and the District of Columbia, Lisa focused exclusively on Social Security Disability cases, handling cases throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. She was listed in Washingtonian Magazine as being among the top ten attorneys in her field.
She now lives in the Puget Sound region on the Kitsap Peninsula and practices exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives. Lisa began working for the Law Office of Ann W. Cook in 2008 in Silverdale. She became the owner in 2014 and subsequently changed the name of the firm to Cascade Legal, PS, which is now located in Poulsbo.
